Responsibilities:

Develop final artwork for projects of Corporate Identity, Branding and Packaging– you need to be an expert on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Assess the design team on feasibility of design in production, from early stage of creative process

Ideally have some knowledge of reprography processes (know how to do a trapping, … )

Requirements:

Design experience in at least one European or American agency specializing in Brand Design. (Corporate Identity Branding & FMCG Packaging)

Very methodical and organized with a special sensitivity for design quality.

Fluency in Spanish (and ideally English)

What You’ll Do:

Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their needs. You will manage client expectations, providing proactive solutions and keeping them updated on project progress.

Project Oversight: Lead and coordinate branding and packaging projects from inception to delivery. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and other teams to ensure projects meet client goals, timelines, and budgets.

Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development of brand strategies, offering insights and creative direction to ensure each project aligns with the client’s vision and market objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative and production departments, to ensure all branding materials and packaging designs are executed effectively.

Problem Solving: Identify challenges early in the project process and offer solutions that keep things moving forward smoothly and on schedule.
